Oat Crepes w/ peanut butter, chocolate and bananas
(makes 3)
  1. 1/2 cup oats
  2. 1/2 cup almond milk
  3. 1 egg white
  4. 1 1/2 bananas
  5. 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  6. 3 tbsp stevia
  7. 3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Add the oats to the blender to make them powder and then add the almond milk and the egg white and mix them well together to create a homogenous dough. Add cooking spray on a pan (or use a non-sticking one) and cook the 3 crepes, one after the other. In a bowl mix the cocoa and stevia with some water to make a chocolate sauce and after spreading peanut butter on each of the crepes top them up with the chocolate sauce and sliced bananas.
